Notice of Annual Meeting

Dear Neighbor:

This is to let you know that our Dorsey's Choice Townhome Association Annual Meeting has been scheduled for Wednesday, November 15th, 2006, from 7:00 PM to 8:45 PM. As in the past, the meeting will be held at Linden Hall (4765 Dorsey Hall Dr., in the shopping center between the Chevy Chase Bank and the Mobil Station).

Our agenda is:

• Review of the 2006 and 2007 annual budgets and any effects on annual fees.
• Election of the Board of Directors. Board terms are staggered, and at this time, three positions are up for election. Nominations are now being accepted. If you are interested in being a candidate, please complete the attached form and return it to any member of the Board or mail it to Sindy Jenkins at:

• Community issues. A general discussion of current activities and an open forum to discuss any resident concerns.

We have included a proxy with this notice. Should you not be able to attend the meeting in person, we ask that you complete the proxy and return it to any Board member or to Site Realty origive it to a neighbor who will be attending. We need a quorum in order to conduct Association business, so your attendance or proxy is critically important.
